Ken was EXCELLENT
Ken was EXCELLENT, it was my first time driving an electric car and using this service. I was completely flustered and Ken was extremely patient and calm and helped me. Happy I got Ken on the line that time as I had called twice prior within 10 mins and still wasn’t satisfied or off of the curb side! Well done Ken and THANK YOU again

Great service on the helpline

Appaling and unreliable service
Absolutely appalling and extremely unreliable service from Enterprise car club today. So I made a booking for 7.30am, to discover that for some reason I was not able to open the car. Got a replacement car 3 miles away. When arriving at the new address - it appeared that car was actually parked 2 more miles away (and for some reason Enterprise had no clue before I called them second time and they did manual gps check). The new car was double locked, so I was also not able to get in also. The car had crap load of rubbish and boxes inside as well. The nearest replacement was 7 miles away, which was obviously a no go. Wasted 3h+ on all this mess, missed the doctor appointment I had in the morning, where I planned to drive and complete ruined my weekend plans for the remainder of the day. In the end, got £25 credit and Uber reimbursement, which is nothing compared to the amount of time wasted and all the stupidly of the process. Not the first time I am having issues with Enterprise Club cars, but the first time with no solution and multiple screw-up through the process. If smth like this can happen in principle - it means that the service is very poorly designed (e.g. agents can’t unlock cars remotely, there is no automated gps scan between bookings overnight), agents are not qualified or equipped to do the job and the degree of reliability from the service is rock bottom.

Difficult registration
Registration took 1 week. I thought it was gone so I sent a second application. Finally, I got a reply that they needed a proof of address delivered to their branch.

It is difficult to find where they have offices on the website. When I asked customer service, they replied find the address yourself.

I think that somewhere during the registration was a Birmingham address. So it's not even worth going to there to only arrange registration.

I see a lot of feedback about bad customer service contact so I am going to bypass this company.

Ken is Exceptional!
Ken is an exceptional individual! He was able to rectify my problem promptly and delivered outstanding customer service. My expectations were most certainly exceeded and I am well pleased with my experience. Had it not been for the level of quality customer service on Ken’s part, the outcome would not have been what it was; As I booked a vehicle and walked 20 minutes to the location only to discover it was not there - when Ken located the vehicle on the GPS we discovered that it was somewhere in Bow- East London and I was in the Camberwell area so there was clearly some sort of fault within the system/App prior to me making my booking. In the end an amendment was made and although I had to walk another 20 minutes to the second location, I didn’t seem to mind due to the level of courtesy and professionalism I received by Ken, also he applied driving credit towards my account due to the inconvenience which I thought was a fair gesture. Overall very happy, Keep up the outstanding service Ken, You make a difference! :)

My car had an issue with it and the original employee changed me to an unsuitable vehicle with an increase of £200 without telling me.

Gillian resolved this issue for me and ensured I was not left out of pocket.
